  1. I remember sitting at a keynote somewhere, maybe it was the Emerging Technology conference, and that jackass who started Friendster was speaking. Right after he claimed to have coined the term “social networking” and the crwod was grumbling he said “if anyone wants to leave Friendster they can just [click navigation directions]” …. I think he maybe got out another 3 or 4 sentences before I found the appropriate page and deleted my account forever. It felt soooo good.

    I was over Facebook almost immediately, pretty much as soon as the zombies attacked. Really wish I had that option again.
