my curators

I stumbled across a good post from Steve Rubel where he articulates the notion of the web’s curators. For years, I’ve followed various bloggers for their unique filters on the web, (Andy Baio, Jason Kottke, Andre Torrez). At their best, these collectors of pointers across the web do live up to the the term. I find them immensely valuable, not to mention entertaining and enlightening. Fun, even!

My del.icio.us network feed consolidates the work of most of my favorite link curators. It is far and away my most read source in Google Reader.

And how did I find Steve’s post? Via links from my del.cio.us network, of course.
