They are full of those little delights. You can do the same thing with any business. With a Web and iPhone app, I try to find new and tiny ways to delight my customers. They may not notice, but it helps drive goodwill and makes your product remarkable.</p>

<p>Another Easter, another Big Wheel race.  This time, a really wet one!  The rain didn&#8217;t prevent a good crew of riders from donning costumes and sliding down Vermont street (the <em>real </em>crookedest street in San Francisco) on plastic toys of all kinds.</p>
<p>Stella and I got a good spot at the side of a curve where riders were sure to crash a lot, which makes for better pictures, of course. (Don&#8217;t worry, Stella was well out of the way of the danger.)</p>
<p>It&#8217;s really silly, stupid event, but it&#8217;s one of those things I&#8217;ve latched on to here in San Francisco. See you there next year.</p>
